    Module 1 — Quality Systems

    Set up a quality management system for a factory or a buyer's programme, and turn a specification into a written control plan with a corrective-action route.

    Prerequisite: No prior module required.

  2. Module 2 of 4

    Module 2 — Inspection and Measurement

    Inspect incoming material, in-line work and finished garments to a stated plan, classify defects consistently, and run a measurement audit that stands up to challenge.

    Prerequisite: Read module 1 and pass its quiz first.

  3. Module 3 of 4

    Module 3 — Laboratory

    Select the right test for a stated risk, read a laboratory report correctly, and decide what a failure means for the order.

    Prerequisite: Read module 2 and pass its quiz first.

    Module 4 — Statistical Quality

    Use measurement-system analysis, control charts and capability indices to say whether a process is stable and able to hold the specification.
