Module 1 — Quality Systems
Covers quality management systems and structured quality planning.
What you will be able to do
Set up a quality management system for a factory or a buyer's programme, and turn a specification into a written control plan with a corrective-action route.
The practical work
Take one live style and write its control plan: every check from fabric receipt to final audit, with the standard applied, the sample size, the frequency, who reacts and what they do. Then take one recent defect and work it through a corrective and preventive action to closure, separating the containment from the root cause.
Prerequisite: No prior module required.
