Inspect incoming material, in-line work and finished garments to a stated plan, classify defects consistently, and run a measurement audit that stands up to challenge.
The practical work
Draw the AQL sampling plan for a real order quantity at the buyer's inspection level, carry out a four-point fabric inspection on an incoming roll, then audit measurements on ten finished garments against the spec and tolerance. Record which findings are critical, major and minor, and check two inspectors against the same garments to expose classification drift.
