Module 3 of 3

Module 3 — Measuring and sustaining the result

Proving the training changed performance, and keeping it from decaying.

What you will be able to do

The practical work

For one completed training, write the before and after figures on one measure, the period compared, and what you would honestly say caused the difference.

Prerequisite: Read module 2 and pass its quiz first.
