What you will be able to do
Decide what dyeing, printing and finishing can deliver, what they cost in risk, and which garment faults trace back to wet processing.
The practical work
Follow one fabric through dyeing and finishing and record, at each step, the risks you are accepting: shade variation across the batch, listing to centre difference, spirality, hand-feel change and any finish that will not survive washing. Then trace two garment complaints back to their wet-processing cause.
