Module 2 — Workmanship & Defect Assessment
Inspection sequence, defect location and severity, clear reporting and decisions against Brand requirements.
What you will be able to do
Inspect every garment in the same order so that no area is missed and identity is never lost. Name common workmanship defects correctly and capture evidence that others can rely on. Weigh a defect against the right factors and the applicable defect list — and know when to stop and escalate. Write defect reports that someone else can act on, and count defects according to the authorized plan.
The practical work
Practical 2A: Coverage inspection. Practical 2B: Defect evidence capture. Practical 2C: Independent classification and calibration.
