    Read the factory's numbers like a manager: the cost structure of making garments, cost per standard minute, budget variances, and the payback mathematics behind a machine or automation investment.

    Module 3 — Leadership and Improvement

    Lead daily improvement: run the floor with visual management and short structured meetings, select improvement projects that matter to the business, and govern them so the gains survive.
