Module 3 — Environment and Climate
Covers environmental performance and climate reporting in apparel factories.
What you will be able to do
Manage the factory's environmental performance with numbers: energy and carbon, water and wastewater, waste and circularity, inside one management system.
The practical work
Take twelve months of utility bills and production output for one factory. Calculate energy and water per garment, find the two largest consumers, and write the two actions with the shortest payback. Then classify one week of factory waste by stream and destination.
