What you will be able to do
Answer a due-diligence request honestly: map the chain, hold the traceability evidence, and close audit findings at the root cause.
The practical work
Take one style and trace it back from the carton to the fabric mill and, if you can, to the yarn and fibre. Note at which tier the evidence stops and what document would close the gap. Then rewrite one weak corrective action so that it names the root cause, the system change and the effectiveness check.
