What this course is

A free NOSK.LIFE Quality Academy advanced pilot: 2 of 12 planned modules, 8 lessons, 4 practicals with downloadable templates and a 4-question decision quiz per module. Uses a real public garment productivity dataset and a published recall case. No certificate is issued for the pilot.

Who it is for

  • • Quality engineers and QA leads
  • • Senior inspectors moving into quality planning
  • • Trainers building factory quality systems

What you will be able to do

  • • Resolve requirement conflicts with a written precedence and revision control.
  • • Build risk-based control plans with specific reactions and evidence.
  • • Define denominators, measurement points and data dictionaries.
  • • Audit a real dataset and avoid aggregation and causal errors.

Modules

  1. Pilot module 1 (roadmap 1) — Quality Planning and Evidence

Decide which requirement governs when the specification, approved sample, comments and the factory's own standard disagree. Build a control plan that links each requirement to a characteristic, method, frequency, owner, reaction and record, with effort placed where risk is highest. Define every recorded quality field — including its denominator and measurement point — so that two people produce the same number from the same garments. Contain a suspected problem to the right scope using records, and escalate with the evidence a decision-maker needs.

    4 lessons · 4-question quiz

  2. Pilot module 2 (roadmap 8) — Process Data and Quality Decisions

Audit a real dataset before analysing it: where it came from, what each column means, its units and date range, what is missing and every change made. Choose the right denominator and aggregation so a summary number means what it claims. Read a time-ordered chart, choose subgroups that separate sources of variation, and check stability before judging capability. Recognise when a pattern in observational data is only an association, and plan a fair trial before claiming an improvement.
