Module 3 — Order Execution
Covers order execution from confirmation to shipment coordination.
What you will be able to do
Run the order to shipment on a critical path, with contracts and documents in order and escalation that happens early enough to matter.
The practical work
Build the time-and-action plan for one order backwards from the ship date, marking the critical path and the float on every other task. Assemble the commercial document set for the same order, then write the escalation you would send on the day a critical task slips — including the options, not just the problem.
