Module 1 of 3

Module 1 — Commercial Foundations

Covers commercial fundamentals applied by merchandising teams.

What you will be able to do

Read an enquiry properly: what the buyer is really asking for, whether the factory can do it, and what must be confirmed before a price goes out.

The practical work

Take one live enquiry and write the feasibility note: fabric and trim availability with lead times, machine and capacity fit, technical risk, sample calendar, and the assumptions your price depends on. Map the enquiry through the full merchandising workflow so nothing lands on production as a surprise.

Prerequisite: No prior module required.
