Get the shipment out on time and compliant: plan space and cut-offs backwards from the vessel, choose the right Incoterms 2020 rule, and prepare a document set customs accepts first time.

Protect on-time delivery: identify the risks between finished goods and the buyer's dock, measure OTD against the original promise, and permanently remove the recurring delay causes.
