What you will be able to do
Run garment wet processing with the variables understood: load, liquor ratio, time, temperature, chemistry and mechanical action, plus the safety and effluent duties that come with them.
The practical work
Take one wash standard and write its recipe as a controlled process: machine, load weight, liquor ratio, each chemical with dose, temperature and time, drain and rinse steps. Mark which entries are fixed and which an operator may adjust. Then list every chemical in the area against its safety data sheet and handling control.
