What you will be able to do
Run maintenance that prevents breakdowns: planned routines for sewing and finishing equipment, condition monitoring that warns before failure, and spare-parts control that keeps critical machines running.
The practical work
Take one sewing floor: list the ten machine types that stop production most, write the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance routine for each, and set minimum and maximum stock levels for the five spare parts with the longest lead time.
