Module 3 of 3

Module 3 — Digital Intelligence and Governance

Covers data and AI governance topics relevant to apparel operations.

What you will be able to do

Turn data into decisions and keep it safe: dashboards tied to actions, AI applications judged honestly, and governance over access, backup and shared data.

The practical work

Take one management dashboard and, for every figure on it, write the decision it should trigger and who makes it. Delete anything with no decision. Then take one AI proposal — defect detection, demand forecasting, costing support — and write what data it needs, how you would test it, and what happens when it is wrong.

Prerequisite: Read module 2 and pass its quiz first.
