The daily work

  • Allocate operators to operations and cover absence without losing balance.
  • Keep feeding, trims and bundles ahead of the line so machines never idle.
  • Stop the line on a repeating defect and get the root cause fixed at the operation.
  • Update the hourly board and escalate off-standard time immediately.
  • Train new operators on the critical operations of the running style.

Qualification

Apparel diploma, or promotion from a skilled operator role. Sewing-floor experience matters more than certificates here.

  2. 2.Ask for a line-attachment during any internship rather than an office desk.
  3. 3.Apply as Supervisor Trainee; groups running dozens of lines recruit these continuously.
