Learning objectives

  • Build a personal revision plan from diagnostic and examination results.
  • Prioritise safety and data-integrity foundations first.
  • Schedule spaced practice across 2–4 weeks.

Inputs

  • Domain scores from module quizzes and the practice examination.
  • Missed and guessed tags.
  • Confidence ratings.
  • Time usage per section.
  • Project evidence gaps.

Copy-friendly revision plan template

  • Topic and lesson id.
  • Current score / evidence.
  • Target.
  • Action (read/practice/apply on project).
  • Practice type (concept / calculation / scenario).
  • Resource link.
  • Scheduled date and duration.
  • Success check (score or evidence).
  • Status and reflection.

Suggested four-week structure

  • Week 1: MSA and capability.
  • Week 2: Hypothesis testing and DOE fundamentals.
  • Week 3: Lean leadership and control-plan sustainment.
  • Week 4: Mixed exam retry and project-pack audit.

Garment-factory example

A learner with 62% on Measure and 74% on Analyze schedules two 45-minute sessions each week; her success check is 85% on a retake of the Measure quiz within 14 days.

Method

  1. Prioritise data-integrity and safety topics first.
  2. Mix concept, calculation and scenario practice each week.
  3. Retest with different questions, not the same ones.

Common mistakes

  • Cramming instead of spacing practice.
  • Studying only favourite topics.
  • Treating the practice score as accredited certification.
