Agility in garment planning is not speed for its own sake; it is the disciplined ability to rebuild a plan around a new constraint. The critical path is the sequence of operations that directly controls the shipment date. When fabric or trim is late, the old critical path may shift to sewing, finishing or inspection. A scenario buffer is a protected block of time or capacity reserved for the most likely disruption, not a hidden slack that every department can consume.
